Unless you notify us in the notes section of your order, we have the right to use your logo as an example of our work.
We collect email addresses and personal information on our website to assist our company in handling orders and improving our marketing. Pages browsed, hyperlinks clicked, and sites referred from may be saved to help our marketing group further develop our website's functionality. Personal information provided by our customers will not be shared with third parties, unless necessary to complete a customer's order. Our customers’ personal information may be used to make our marketing more efficient. We do not share email addresses with third parties or any other personal information with our marketing partners. We may at times email our customers with updates to our products and monthly specials. All customers have the option to be removed from our email list (if the unsubscribe option provided in mailer or newsletters or any other marketing campaign) or customers can email us for unsubscribing from the list. Customers will only be contacted by phone when it is necessary to assist in the completion of their orders. We do not share customer's phone numbers with third parties.Luna Logo is not financially responsible or held liable for any errors such as misspell, vector, color or designing contained in the final artwork after it has been approved by the client. It is the client responsibility to inform Luna Logo for any changes, before using the final artwork.

Payment Policy All graphic design jobs require payment upon placing an order. It is the policy of LunaLogo.com that such payments are strictly non-refundable once design starts, unless we are unable to complete your job.

By sending specific images or files to LunaLogo.com, it represents that the client is the sole author of the work and possesses all rights to use such specifications, images or files, including but not limited to any exclusive licenses. Client further represents that the specifications, images or files do not infringe upon any statutory copyright, common law right, trademark, license or any other proprietary right. In furnishing such specifications, images or files to LunaLogo.com, client agrees to hold LunaLogo.com harmless against any claims whatsoever associated with their use or exploitation. In case of any resemblance with our created artworks, Luna Logo will not accept any responsibility or claim of any compensation as we only work according to the client instructions.

JOB DELIVERY
Once paid, we begin work on your art job. Most jobs are sent via email within 24 to 48 business hours of receipt. Once art is completed, we will send to you in three formats, PDF, JPG & Vector Art (AI or Corel).
Client agrees not to hold LunaLogo.com liable if delivery is impaired or delayed by an act of God, electrical failures, airline delays or cancellations, or any other unforeseeable delay in delivery.
Our business hours are based on our working hours of Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST, holidays excluded. "24 hour* " art delivery begins when our business day starts.
LunaLogo.com sends proofs by email. The purpose of a proof is to eliminate errors and avoid potential dissatisfaction. You are required to email us your approval. By approving the job, you are indicating that you're responsible for any charges to re-make or change a finalized job in the event that you approved a proof that contained an error, including spelling errors.
Logo Placement
Client agrees not to hold LunaLogo.com liable in the event any items are misprinted due to art we provided. We only create art. You, the client, are responsible for reviewing ALL ART submitted to you. We will not be held responsible for any misprints. You are bound by our license agreements, terms and conditions, and policies.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or company *Approximate - Starts from when our day begins, 6:00 AM to 4:00PM.
