We also send promotional flyers or emails to our new or existing customers. In the event you do not wish to receive flyers, you must “UNSUBSCRIBE” from the flyers at the bottom section, enabling the software to automatically unsubscribe you from further receiving them. For emails, you can send a notification to request removal from our mailing list.

Payment Confirmation: Upon completing your order, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure platform to finalize the payment. Once the payment is successfully processed, we receive confirmation along with the order reference. This ensures a seamless and secure payment experience for our customers.
Failure of Payment: In the rare event of payment failure, we recommend contacting your credit card issuer, bank, or PayPal for assistance. While we do not store payment information, we can confirm whether payment has been received on our end. In furnishing such specifications, images, or files to LunaLogo.com, the client agrees not to hold LunaLogo.com liable against any claims whatsoever associated with their use or exploitation. In case of any resemblance with our created artworks, Luna Logo will not accept any responsibility or claim of any compensation as we only work according to the client instructions.
8. Job Delivery and Responsibilities:
Upon payment, we initiate artwork promptly, aiming for delivery within 24 to 48 business hours or less. However, complex artwork may require additional time, as communicated during the initial discussion. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving proofs sent via email. We provide complimentary modifications to address necessary changes. However, additional revisions may incur charges. Clients agree not to hold LunaLogo.com liable for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as acts of God, electrical failures, airline delays or cancellations, or any other unforeseeable event.
Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST, excluding holidays. “24-hour” art delivery begins at the start of our business day. Proofs are sent via email to facilitate a smooth review process. Approval indicates client responsibility for any charges associated with re-making or changing a finalized job in case of errors, including spelling mistakes.
9. Logo Placement:
Clients acknowledge that LunaLogo.com is not liable for misprints resulting from provided artwork. We solely create art and encourage clients to review ALL ART submitted. Clients are bound by our license agreements, terms, and conditions.
